Refund Policy for The Albatross Society

Thank you for shopping at The Albatross Society. We offer a selection of custom-designed, book-inspired merchandise fulfilled through Printify, as well as curated affiliate product recommendations via third-party websites. This policy outlines the terms for products purchased directly through our store. For affiliate-linked purchases, please see Section 2.

Return & Exchange Policy (Printify Fulfilled Orders)


Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences. Please double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • There is a manufacturing error (e.g., misprint, wrong item sent).

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at admin@thealbatrosssociety.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a replacement order or refund to your original payment method.
